Data Deletion Instructions
You have the right to delete your personal data from Ludo Therapy at any time. Follow the steps below to remove your account and all associated data.
Option 1 — Delete directly from the app

Sign in to your account at ludo-therapy.com

Tap the Settings icon (gear icon in the top-right navigation bar)

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings panel and tap "Delete My Data"

Confirm the deletion. All your sessions, questionnaire answers, chat history and timeline data will be permanently removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, send us an email with your registered email address and we will delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted: all questionnaire answers, session history, AI chat messages, timeline entries, and profile data stored in our database.
What is retained: anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you. Subscription billing records may be retained by our payment processor (Stripe) as required by law.
